Our guesthouse features an off-grid solar system with substantial battery storage and a back up generator for extended cloudy weather. This provides always-on and stable electricity for your devices even though the local grid power is often unstable and at damaging voltage levels. Power grid outages won't affect your air conditioning, hot water, or fast reliable internet through Starlink satellite service.
We also have an active water backup system that ensures clean, reliable water to all our guestrooms even during municipal water outages. With enough reserve water to support a full house for over a week, you can enjoy your vacation without disruption.

- 3rd Party Bookings – non-refundable inside of 30 days from the start of your reservation.
- Children
- We welcome families traveling with children age 10 and up on our first and second floors in Rooms 1, 3, 4, 5, 6.
- We reserve our third floor rooms, balcony & rooftop spaces for guests ages 16 and up in Rooms 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
- Breakfast Breakfast is available for purchase each morning, and menu options may vary. Coffee & hot tea are complimentary.
- Check In: 3pm – 5pm. Late check in subject to availability and needs to be arranged prior to 5PM when the office closes. No arrivals 10pm or later as that disturbs guests already in the building.

- Minimum Age for Check In is 21 years
- Beach Gear
- We provide complimentary Beach Towels plus Beach Chairs & Coolers for a small rental fee.
- We do not tolerate loud, drunken, disrespectful behavior at The Vieques Guesthouse. If you are looking for a place to party please continue your search as we are not that place.
- Please note that there is no elevator on the property. Contact us for any questions about your needs or for questions about room locations and access BEFORE booking.
- Animals
- We do not accommodate pets or emotional support animals.
